1. Danny Granger- court vision, and defense
2. Troy Murphy- If not defense, I'd say passing out of the paint
3. Roy Hibbert- Lowering his center of gravity, and utilizing his hook-shot.
4. Brandon Rush- Ball handling, and transition D.
5. TJ Ford- to rack up the assists, and pass out of the paint.

1. Danny Granger - Help defense, which translates into the zone defense, and passing
2. Troy Murphy - Footwork on both ends of the floor
3. Roy Hibbert - Hands (catching the ball, keeping them up on defense to reduce fouls)
4. Brandon Rush - Consistency, both in confidence and production
5. TJ Ford - Decision making overall

Danny - FG% and Rebounding. I'd like to see Danny play all his minutes at the 3, not at the 4.
Troy - Defense, Lack of Blog Posts
Roy - Less fouls, More Minuttes
AFROTOP - Finishing, not getting replaced with Dahantay Jones or Mike Dunleavy.
TJ - Assist/Turnover Ratio.

Tyler Hansbrough - improving his public speaking, and not sounding like so much of a robot when being interviewed

Tyler Hanbrough and the Indianapolis Pacers would like you to know that Tyler is not a Robot, He's certainly not a prototype for an advanced sports playing android, pay no attention to the fact that he does not blink, that is all.

I'd like to see Mcbob improve his Beard; and Travis Diener improve his playing time.

Saying that McBob's beard needs improvement is almost blasphemous. Take it back please.

Tyler Hansbrough does not need to improve anything. He's here for one thing, and that's to win ball games as part of this franchise. He's ready to do whatever coach needs him to do, and he'll be looking to prove himself out there and win some ball games. He feels he can help improve the Pacers and is excited to be involved with Larry Bird in the business of winning ball games.

I think that the Pacers need to improve on defense as a team rather than individually. Rush and Granger already have defensive capabilities, it's just about emphasizing that and staying focused on it during games.

1. Granger- I agree that he should improve his play-making ability. A post up game would be nice as well.

2. Troy Murphy- Post up offense and Defense. He tried to post up on McCants last season in Sacramento and he got punked so hard....by McCants.

3. Hibbert- He needs to be more patient. A lot of his fouls come from him getting overly excited. He's also the slowest person in the NBA. Improve quickness and speed.

4. Rush- DEFENSE. I couldn't stand his defense last year. Also, I'd like him to be more consistent. I think his renewed confidence will help that.

5. Ford- Decision making. He drives to the basket a lot and does some weird plays sometimes. Every game there are at least 3 funky turnovers coming from Ford. Improve strength as well.

Yeah, I watched every Pacer game and I didn't like his defense. I knew some would disagree.
I'm just cringing at him giving Thornton and Pierce 10 feet of room to hit a three that sent both games into overtime...which we lost. His footwork sometimes resembles Jason Terry's...which sucks. I saw way too many dudes get by him last season.

^^It's more from lack of experience in the NBA than lack of skill.

I remember that Thorton three very clearly.

Al Thorton made 20 threes all of last season. In the month of December when that game occured? 1-13, with the lone three being the one he hit against us. You can't blame Rush for that. Thorton's a 25% three point shooter. I'd give him the space to shoot too, odds are he misses. We were unfortunate enough that one of them was against us in a crucial moment. Story of our season last year.

Brandon Rush is the best perimeter defender on this team.

Whether its from lack of skill or experience...the need for improvement is still there.

I disagree with giving him space to shoot. When you are up 3 points...you have to guard the 3. I've seen Tim Duncan, Chris Bosh, and other crappy 3 point shooters hit big ones. If you are up by 3..guard the 3.

1. Danny Granger - Defense, Rebounding, Creating
2. Troy Murphy - Defense, Post Game
3. Roy Hibbert - Defense, Rebounding, Not Fouling
4. Brandon Rush - Defense, Scoring Efficiency
5. TJ Ford - Defense, Leadership, Assists (Yeah, yeah, OB's system, yada yada - I don't care. I want assists).
