Sure, I think Hibbert could get it. It's possible that the Pacers will have Hibbert come off the bench, simply due to matchups in the 2nd unit. We have almost nothing offensively on our bench, so having a guy like Hibbert play with them might be more reasonable.

It's Hibbert's job.

the dark horse possibility is Solomon Jones. they need defense out of the starting center and if Hibbert can't show the ability to give that without fouling, enter Solomon. Foster appears ready to take a reduced role.

Should be Hibbert unless he shows no progress by season's beginning.

It's Hibbert's job to lose.

I think we can lock Hibbert in for the job. A better question to me is what the rotation and MPG will look like. Is Solomon Jones just an emergency option? Will Foster continue to play significant minutes?

I'm hoping for a 24/24 split between the two, alleviating a lot of pressure from Hibbert, yet still giving him enough time to focus on the offensive end while not being over concerned about his defensive role (by that I mean having the freedom to experiment defensively in an attempt to get it right).

Having Foster as a significant backup option is awesome.
