Post#1 » by magee » Mon Sep 1, 2008 5:56 pm

Is it Derrick Ward to start out the season or Bradshaw?

Thanks. Is Bradshaw hurt at all, or do they feel better with Ward as the back-up until Bradshaw gets more experience?

I believe the RB depth chart on giants.com has them listed as

Starter: Brandon Jacobs
Backup: Derrick Ward
Backup: Ahmad Bradshaw
Backup: Reuben Droughns
Backup: Danny Ware

Pretty much. Some people forget how good Ward was before he went down. Bradshaw is going to have to fight to overtake the #2 I think.

not really, bradshaw will still get a good chunk of playing time. he's the teams best running back that can catch the ball.

so expect a lot of plays that have bradshaw as a extra reciever.
