Low risk, high reward type of trade.
That 5th round pick was going to be the last pick of the 5th round anyway. The Giants basically traded that for a player with 1st round talent. Hopefully a change of scenery is what he needs.
This move is good because, just incase Osi does act up and they get rid of him. Kiwanuka can move back to DE while they still have Rivers as a OLB.
