Interesting move. Whimper also seems to be the front runner for Left Tackle.

This makes me a lot happier about the draft. I think Kiwanuka can make the transition. If that move works, and Ross works out, I am pretty happy with our defense.
Now all we need is a LT.

Wow, that's quite a novel solution. Matias is quick enough and agile enough to make the transition.

i like the move. Kiwanuka has the speed to be a linebacker and we already have strahan and osi at DE

And the new Coaches/Regime are already making a good impact. Our Year is looking bright again.

Other than letting go of Vince Young and catching an interception then dropping it with noone around him, Kiwanuka had a pretty productive year. He is definitely quick for his size. The question is can he keep it up throughout the game. I would like for him to loose a couple of pounds.

This is a great move but lets just hope that Mathias can keep up with those fast running back, coming out of the backfield.

The starting lineup looks much better now. The Giants finally have decent depth so that injuries will no longer be as big of a problem.
Starting:
DE - Osi Umenyiora
DE - Michael Strahan
NDT: Barry Cofield
DT: Fred Robbins
SLB: Mathias Kiwanuka
MLB: Antonio Pierce
WLB: Kawika Mitchell
CB: Sam Madison
CB: Corey Webster
SS: Gibril Wilson
FS: Will Demps
Backups:
DE: Justin Tuck
DE: Jay Alford
NDT: Marcus Bell
DT: William Joseph
SLB: Reggie Torbor
MLB: Zak DeOssie
WLB: Gerris Wilkinson
CB: Aaron Ross
CB: R.W. McQuarters
SS: Michael Johnson
FS: James Butler

I think Webster's job isn't granted to him. It's gonna be a battle between McQuarters, Webster, and Ross. And to tell ya the truth I hope Ross wins because last year Webster didn't showed me anything special .... he's still young so you can't give up on him but I'd love to see our fastest CB in Ross to be starting.
