It's going to be a big loss, but we can't hold him back. Everyone here was ready to crucify him after week 2. But the guys got used to the system, and soared. Thanks and good luck, Spags, if you have to go.

I'd like to see him as DC another couple of years and then maybe take over for Coughlin when the time comes. His system is obviously effective and the players absolutely love him and respond to him.
