according to giantsfootballblog.com and this is before resigning eli and jacobs..so after that i imagine well be somewhere like 15-18 million under..

heres a few players we should target imo:

1)michael huff-saftey(raiders are rumored to be cutting him)
2)Boldin..goes without saying
3)karlos dansby-we need outside lb BAD

I like Kenny Phillips, he showed good potential, not too big on Michael Johnson. I am pretty sure they will let James Butler walk. If Michael Huff can be had at a cheap price I would take him. Although addressing the outisde linebacker position is much more needed than the Safety position.

I am not a big fan of TJ Housh. He is just a possession type of receiver, he is not a threat for a home run, because he does not have blazing speed. Chad Johnson did not have the best year but he is still a guy you have to cover and TJ gets open looks from that. Domenik ButtfingersHixon can go if Mario Manningham lives up to his hype. Giants should also think about our secret weapon David Tyree.

I want Kenny Britt, he has a strong body strong hands and is 6'4. Very similar to Plax, a big target who is good at catching the jump ball. Drafting him 1st round may be risky with a lot of good LBs still available but the Giants have the Saints 2nd round pick and I think he will still be available.

Darrius Heyward-Bey supposedly flies down the field. 4.30 40 yard time, and ranked top 3 in the vertical leap. He has all the talent but his numbers in college did not impress me.

Why waste your money on a 31 year old lifetime 2nd string receiver. I would rather have the Giants spend their money on a OLB, or go all out and go after Albert Haynesworth :D
