Romeo Crennel - Some coaches are just not head coach material. But he was the defensive mastermind for the three patriots superbowl rings in 2001, 2003, 2004.
Dick Jauron - Same with Crennel was not a good head coach but he was Tom Coughlins def coordinator during the Jaguars stint as constant AFC contenders.
I am against bringing up somebody from in house again.
