Probable starting lineups:

Brewers:
R. Weeks 2b
J.J. Hardy ss
P. Fielder 1b
G. Gross cf
J. Estrada c
G. Jenkins lf
C. Hart rf
T. Graffanino 3b
J. Suppan p

Cardinals.
1. SS David Eckstein
2. LF Chris Duncan
3. 1B Albert Pujols
4. 3B Scott Rolen
5. RF Preston Wilson
6. CF Jim Edmonds
7. C Jadier Molina
8. 2B Adam Kennedy
9.P Kip Wells
Suppan pitches instead of Sheets for today so he can get his ring. He should be able to do well because we all know he won't go 0-3. Brewers offense should own Kip Wells. Go Brewers.

You should put Chris Duncan in LF, Scott Rolen at 3B and Adam Kennedy at 2B.

This is pretty important series. Cardinals still "rule the division" and in some peoples mind the team to beat. We got our top 3 pitchers going in this series. Defintly want 2 out of 3 here.

Carpenter is out, Rolen is hurting, and Adam Kennedy is sucking it up so far this year. We need to take this series.

Nice game thread, simple and to the point. The tailgaters drinking PBR is a nice touch. With the batters getting a huge confidence boost and our top 3 on the mound, call me a jinx but.............

Let's see if Yost tosses out another never before seen lineup. At some point, I'd like to see some consistency in that regard. Keep the 25th and 24th men fresh by using them strategically within the game, not by starting them several times in the first 2 weeks.
Go Bucks!

I actually get to watch this game! Hopefully Sheets gets back on track, and we keep playing good baseball on the road!

Lots of rain in the St. Louis area. There may not be baseball tonight which means I will have to watch the Bucks. :banghead:

Rain Delays keep following the brewers don't they? Why don't more teams get roofs?

forecast for them says periods of rain with some thunder possible late.... so maybe we can get this one in better than the suspended one.

Sheets career 4-13 record against St. Louis with a 4.04 ERA.

Pujols batting under .200 with 1 homer and 2 RBI.

I'm a bit skeptical about this one...

Why not? He hasn't been producing that much. I don't mind the move

That's weird though. We had an off day yesterday. Hall needs to play through his slumps.

It looks sunny there for now.

No, it's just now starting to rain. Perfect timing, although it isn't coming down bad.
