I dont believe that Parcells wants to coach anymore, I really dont. He would take a front office job, but who knows if Tanny would even give it to him. As far as Cowher as the DC, Id much rather get LeBeau because he was the guy who was actually teaching the players.

As far as the cuts go, do you know how much Thomas would give us in terms of cap penalties? I know we are going to have to get crafty with this with some of the contracts we threw out. Id also keep Carroll, he played solid on special teams this year.

The Bengal trade makes no sense, they dont need veterans at this point but they do need talent. I believe they will take the local kid Wells and call it a day. I dont see Crabtree getting past the Seahawks. Plus im not really to fond of Garcia really, Id much rather sign Cassell before I sign Garcia.

Canty is a solid signing and probably a realistic target.
Jazz: Under reconstruction, we'll be back.
C- Maluach l Jackson l Hayes
PF- Okongwu l Newell l Salaun
SF- Wiggins l Bryant l McNeeley
SG- Thomas l Wallace l Nembhard

Maybe. I read somewhere today that Tuna wanted to bring Tannenbaum with him to MIA to be his GM, so maybe Tannenbaum can talk him into coaching again. This would be ideal for the Jets imo.

Yeah according to nyjetscap.com, Thomas gives us $3.2 mill in penalties while only saving 500k. We should try trading him for a day 2 pick, hopefully a 3rd rounder which isn't likely. I'd be fine with a 4th for Thomas, really. I agree with you about Carrol, he was pretty good and would be worth it to resign. D. Coleman is dead weight, we'd have been better off cutting him over JMill.

Yeah I had Cassel in as a FA first but then I thought of the Cincy trade. I guess Cassel and say Jeremy Maclin or DHB at 17 is more realistic. Raji at 17 is intriguing if we look to go DL. Taylor Mays would be a good addition.

Also, Aaron Curry is one of the sickest LB prospects I have ever seen. He would have no problem at any linebacker spot in our defense. If by any chance he slips out of the top 10, we should trade up and pounce on this stud.
