Preseason Game: Jets v. Ravens

Sanchez looks like a deer starring into headlights the first set of downs. I don't know whether to watch the replay of the Mets game this afternoon or this game.

The Ravens brought us down to earth a bit there. They brought the house on him like every play, not a typical preseason game. Good learning experience against the best D this league has to offer. We need to run the ball and play good D because he's gonna struggle at times. Hopefully that humbled us a bit and we continue to work hard. Very excitied to start the season.

The Ryan family going back to Buddy were horrible @ managing the offense. Randall Cunningham was basically told to wing it (no pun intended) and never taught to read zone till he got to the Vikings. There's a reason why Rex was not given a starting job for the longest time and passed over in Baltimore. Hence, Brian Schottenheimer was retained....unfortunately.

Jets fans were premature to hate on Chad's arm. As we learned with Favre, it's not all about arm strength but Brian's horrible red zone calling. Let's got back to the Pats game where the Jets tried to run it down the Pats' throats and failed.

I fear, this is going to be the Jets game plan: be predictable. Mark might be a great QB to come but I don't like the fact that the Jets never bothered to address the WR position, loaded up on Rex's boys, and then expect Thomas Jones and Leon Washington to have similar seasons to last year.

The Jets are not a muscle and grind team. They don't have the backs or the line. Beside that, the Ravens showed they didn't have the depth either.

Vernon Gholston...lol...can you say BUST!
