We were already bad on D-Line depth bc of preseason injuries too. This is brutal.

And after just one game, it feels like the wind has been knocked out of us and we're having another typical Jets season...But I'll hold out hope. We held up somewhat without him last year.

Annual injury. I was just hoping to get at least 1 game with him against Miami. He just needs to retire along with our pathetic franchise qb who couldn't even be 2nd string on some teams.

ffs did you see the play calling last night?

did you see all those dropped passes?

did you see Dustin Keller play like an idiot?

Give the kid some time, he is at the worst serviceable and with this defense he will win.

Bad couple days for the Jets. I would be surprised if he plays again. His knee just can't hold up.

I think the Jets, should just quit the season, everything is coming down at once. Sexual harrassment, poor offense, injuries, Giants out shining. Wrap it up guys.

Yea, because the Jets should really give two **** about what the Giants do, a totally irrelevant team in the Jets case because they won't play each other this year ONCE unless it's the Superbowl (Jets won't make it, Giants may not make playoffs). They had a bad offensive game against the 2nd best defense in football. THEIR defense held Rice, Housh, Boldin, Mason and Heap to 10 points and it would have been less if not for a bogus roughing the kicker penalty, then an a bogus PI call in the endzone.

the Superbowl (Jets won't make it, Giants may not make playoffs)

Jets are 0-1 and the Giants are 1-0 yet the Jets are guaranteed a playoff spot and the Giants may not make it? Classic.

Nope what classic is a gnt fan coming and making a comment that is unwarranted and not welcomed cheap shots are cheap shots Did I come out on you guys last year nope then I deserve the same fing respect from gfans plan and simple. Cause lord knows I can take cheap shots like all day long. I don't think anyone wants to go there sunshine. Where did I or any fan guarantee the Jets a playoff spot please show me.

Read the guy's full post. He said the Jets wont make the superbowl, but implied that they were a shoo in for a playoff birth while he said the Giants were going to have a hard time making the playoffs. It's big talk coming from a team that looked incompetent on offense and just lost it's 2nd or third best defensive player.

Who said that? And the Jets lost to the Ravens 10-9 while dominating three facets of the game. The Giants beat an NFC bottom feeder with a new QB, one receiving option and a terrible defense. Don't you think Giants fans would have learned after last year that you can't make the playoffs beating terrible teams?
