Week 3: Jets 31 Dolphins 23 Final

Our running game has to get going here so we need some good games from Greene and LT. We need to remember to limit our penalties and like last week, not have any turnovers while at the same time, make good decisions down the field. Our defense has to be prepared for the multiple offensive schemes Miami has.
Injuries:
Jets:
Out: Santonio Holmes (suspension), Wayne Hunter (shin), Calvin Pace (foot), Darrelle Revis (hamstring)
Questionable: Nick Mangold (shoulder), Jason Taylor (elbow)
Mike Tannenbaum has stated Braylon Edwards will also not start, but will receive playing time.
Dolphins:
Out: Jared Odrick (ankle)
Doubtful: John Jerry (illness)
Questionable: Channing Crowder (groin)

Guys, I just want to come in here and say before the game, win or lose let's not bother getting into it with Giants fans. There's been a heavy back and forth on the boards between fans of Jets/Giants and the Giants took a tough loss but I'd rather everyone here act like Jets fans and not celebrate any nonsense. If we lose we're in the same boat as them and even if we win it's early in the season...so everyone just relax and let's enjoy this game and root for our boys.
Predictions:
Man of the Match (soccer style): Dustin Keller will continue his break out.
Game changer: LT should get more touches given his early success and I think this is a good opportunity to cut into these guys.
Key to the game: Stop the Dolphins on the run and we'll win this game...that's pretty common knowledge though when looking at the numbers.

Looks like the passing game might have to open the running game on this one. Great opening drive by Sanchez and great catch by Keller for the TD. Obvious pass interference and he still caught it.
Let's go Defense!

Dustin Keller and Mark Sanchez have developed the sort of chemistry that I've been looking for. Dustin will be a pro bowler this year...now let's see how we handle the Miami attack, I'm sure they'll look to get Marshall started quickly and establish a serious run game.

Great to hear the Jets fans at Sun Life Stadium tonight. Defense did well there.

Sanchez to Keller!
I'm prepared to hear that for a good chunk, if not all, of their careers. On the topic of Keller again, it looks like his run blocking has definitely improved.

The Jets look great, we caught a break on that foolish defensive play but it's nice to see our guys take advantage. Hopefully they cut out the miscommunication at the line though.

Kyle Wilson is getting abused...
I have no idea what Eric Smith was trying to do there.

Second time in three weeks. We may need to put Lowery into his position at least for a few weeks, he's being ABUSED.

Jets need to double cover Marshall cuz Cro is gettin spanked and he looks confused. Thats their only problem.

Kyle Wilson is playing as if he has his pants down, bending over, and ready to receive.

Out of all of the guys we let go from last year's team, it's Faneca, not Leon, not TJ, not even Kerry Rhodes...Faneca is the one we'll miss the most.
