Offense can't get anything done and defense is losing their cool. Both are giving the game away with penalties. Jets deserve to lose right now.

Looked up the stat, the Jets are the first team since 1951 to rack up 20+ penalties in a game and still win (the Browns last did it with 21).

There was a hip-hop festival downtown that I opted to go to instead of watching this game, it looks like my decision paid off. At Dundas Square (a lite version of Times Square for you New Yorkers), they had TV's up so I caught the last couple of minutes. Sloppy sloppy game but I'm glad we got the win, because that's what counts at the end of the day.

Geno made some rookie mistakes but really showed his big play ability.

The defense made dumb mistakes and lost their cool but my God did they generate a push at the line and force EJ Manuel into all sorts of poorly thrown balls and sacks.

The WR's actually looked good...a huge step up from the whole incompetent thing they were playing at in New England.

Bilal Powell had a very nice day himself.

All in all, the Jets tried to give this one away but managed to make just enough plays when they needed. I was ready to just on the tank wagon after Kyle Wilson made back to back to back penalties but you know what, I'd like to see this team make a bit of a push and show some fight.

IDIOTIC penalties.. kyle wilson should be fined by the jets..

Geno made a couple of mistakes but showed what a big arm can do for your team and erase some horrible play..

Powell had a nice game, protecting the ball and grinding out yards..

Rex ryan wasted two challenges.. I mean this guy doesn't get it..

good win.
