The defense just failed to make that one big Play that you Need and Overall Brady really did what he wanted to in the second half... so far the Jets have been great at halftime adjustments, especially on D, but not today...

We also had no running game when Ivory was injured. For much of the game, Fitzpatrick was the Jets's best rusher.

Unfortunately, the mystical powers of Tom Brady were too overpowering today. At the very least, the Jets had a shot all the way to win it. That 3rd and 17 floater that fell into Edelman's hands was the point where I felt like the win might not happen today. Still, 4-2 after 6 games is still wildly above what everyone predicted for us this early on. Just need to continue taking care of business.

Yeah, all game Long we struggled to open up holes, even when Ivory returned he almost always was hit in the backfield or had to elude a tackler immediately at the line of scrimmage. Overall you can't be too upset about the loss, we played one of the best Teams in the league at their place and were right there until the end. Marshall blaming himself with his drop is something I also love, the Team holds itself accountable, no excuses, no nonsense.

The only Thing that is concerning that the defense let us down in the end... they are our calling Card and failed to make the necessary Plays. I know you can only hold Brady down for so Long but with the Players we have we have to expect them to not give up two TD drives at the end. Plain and simple. We gotta aim higher and I think they do that. Also for a Team that is build around ball control, physical Football and their defense we just can't trot our such abysmal punters. With the defense we have we just should do much better in the field Position department.

I really liked what Fitzpatrick did yesterday, even though he got lucky on a few throws and the batted passes are a concern going Forward. In the end he did what was asked of him, Long, time consuming drives, only had one turnover and he put some Points on the board. And as you said, almost without a running game to speak of.

Now hopefully the Team goes into Oakland and takes care of Business. The Raiders are 3-3 and with the Long flight it'll be a tough game.
Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things. And no good thing ever dies...
