Jets' Miller Arrested On Assault Charges

ESPN.com - Jets cornerback Justin Miller was arrested early Sunday and charged with third-degree misdemeanor assault after he allegedly punched a woman in a New York City nightclub, ESPN's Jeremy Schaap is reporting.

Miller was apprehended after a police chase at 4:20 a.m.

Police said Miller was swinging at a man, but hit the woman after the man ducked. The woman has a laceration on her face and swelling and pain in her knee. [READ]

I have a feeling that we will have a new return man this year, and Justin Miller might be traded. I cant imagine then no nonsense demeanor of Mangini allowing him to come back to this team.

They'll penalize him but I doubt they'll drop him. We're driven by character guys, but we're not above keeping a Pro-Bowl special teams player past a single incident. Now if it comes out that this woman he decked was pregnant...

Bad story, doesn't look good for him. I'm still not sure though what I can believe of these stories, you'll never know what really happened...
