Jets Vs Patriots. First Game Of The Season

First game of the season for the Jets, at home against the New England Patriots. We all know how important this game is for both teams, the Jets looking to improve on the 10-6 record of last year and the busy offseason of the Patriots. There are some interesting stories already shaping up about the Patriots. Will Randy Moss even play? Rodney Harrison is suspended for four games for the use of HGH. For the Jets will Thomas Jones be a 100% for this game?
Players To Watch For The Jets:
Does Vilma finally have the concept of the 3-4 down?
Finished the season strong, can he continue?
Will he be able to lead a scoring drive?
Players To Watch For The Patriots:
Will Wilfork be able to wreak his usual havoc?
New Speed Addition for the Patriots.
TE job is all his, and he is healthy.

Isn't Stallworth in the PUP list?
But another question is, if Revis does start, how will he do.
EDIT: Hope Vilma finally understands the 3-4, we need him to.

If he is I honestly have yet to see it, and a bunch of websites need to do some updating. As far as Revis goes, Im curious how Mangini handles his whole situation.

Yeah, this is why I don't agree on Revis starting, I understand we need him, but I doubt he's ready to play.
Anyway, have you heard the rumor that Vilma, McCairens and Robertson are on the block? It's on the General NFL Discussion, under Icness' thread about last day cuts.

Seymour is on PUP and out for 6 weeks is he not?
That should help us out quite a bit. It's still going to be a tough game. After the first 2 weeks I have us winning 9 games... meaning to make the playoffs we'd either need to beat NE or Baltimore.

Yeah I finally seen a article on it today, that makes things interesting. No Harrison or Seymour. Samuel is up in the air, more so then Revis. I guess were going to see how much of an impact Thomas really has on there defense from the get go.

This is gonna be a tough one. Thomas Jones needs to be effective and I want to see something from Chad in the first game.

Key to this game is our defense. In that playoff loss we just couldn't stop them...

Yeah but I hate our run defense, our front 7 is manhandled right now...
Damn, Revis almost had that one...
