Coming off a bye week the Jets should be well prepared for this game, however when it comes to the Steelers there is nothing that prepares you for the physicalness. Im expecting to get fully dominated on the line both ways and we will see lots of blitzes all day. Though there are a few things that we need to observe in this game.

Darrelle Revis
Its a homecoming game for him, close friends with a bunch of players on the Steelers. He knows the stadium and should have a bunch of fans in the crowd. He will most likely be matched up with Holmes, we need to take away his big play threat.

Kellen Clemens
The Steelers dont have a special secondary, we can take advantage of this. With Coles back this game, Clemens will have all his weapons here. He will need to make quick decisions because they will be breathing down his neck all game long.

Thomas Jones
Will need to stay in and block the blitz for most part, however can he be effective? He likes to play physical, well welcome to Steel City. Can he finally get a rushing touchdown?

David Harris
He has been a beast in two games starting, 17 and 24 tackle games. With Willie Parker on the other end, Harris should have a lot of chances to rack up the tackles.

Bottom Line: I dont think anyone is giving us a chance to win, maybe thats just what we need. Big plays to Cotchery and controlling the clock with Jones should be the key to the game. Take away the big plays to Holmes and the Steelers offense looks ordinary. However we must keep an eye on the elusive Heath Miller in the red zone. Just play hard and show heart, thats all we want.
Jazz: Under reconstruction, we'll be back.

Is it me or are the Jets going to finish with 6 or 7 wins this year based on this performance? Our defense had a pulse and we actually played physical on the offensive line. Im glad we won but man it stings at the same time.

I hope that we can rebound after the bye, but I highly doubt it.
