There are not a lot of free agents that can really make an impact on this team, but the Jets might feel pressure to get back to winning. Terrell Suggs, Albert Hanyesworth and Asante Samuel might have a pay day coming.

^Doubt we'd get Starks, but I agree with you on Bell.
Would absolutely love to get Suggs, our front office should pay him whatever the hell he wants.

No, we would let him play at OLB to rush the QB. He already played that role a year ago in Baltimore and fits the position perfectly...

Suggs is not getting out of Baltimore though, all signs have been they plan on franchising him. So we can probably take him off our list. I still think that we need to give Thomas one more year before we throw him under the bus though.

Yeah, when they let Adalius Thomas walk that was basically the commitment to Suggs. Thomas to me isn't the question though (as we already gave him an exrtension) but who is going to come from the other side?! We have to add a pass rusher there and guys like Hobson (who should play inside) or Bowens (who's a backup) won't do it...

Also Vilma is as good as gone so they need to almost compltely overhaul the whole LB corps.

Alge Crumpler and Zach Thomas just got released. And I'd love to have those 2 in NY.

Yes on Crump, no on Zach. Zach is not a good fit all for the 3-4.

Many guys got franchised or resigned already. Asomugha, Andrews, Trufant among others. I hope our FO still manages to get an impact free agent, and the longer I think about it, the more does Alan Faneca make sense. Sure, he's 31 but that fine for Olinemen. He would help out Brick and Mangold and he would add nastiness to our run blocking.

Hell yes on Faneca, but I think he'd want to go to a winning team.

Yea, agreed on Faneca, but why would he want to come here?

Faneca has been reported to just want to cash in on a paycheck, so that could help us. Though I see a team offering more money then we would, though he would bring some veteran leadership needed to our line.

Jets reportedly going after Faneca, not Samuel...
Faneca between Brick and Mangold would be terrific.

What the heck? Not going after Asante Samuel? Mangeniuos is being a tard. He is clearly the best on the market.
