Yeah I was rather surprised by the victory. JaMarcus Russell looked REALLY GOOD at that. Was in total command of the game throughout.

Chaaazzz (aka Reggae's fav player :D ) looked like a stud, and JLH proved once again why he's the most dangerous punt returner in the league.

Can't complain at all. We contained Slaton and Andre Johnson was shut down completely. Big ups to Chris Johnson and ofcourse Nnamdi.

I watched the game. JaMarcus did look very solid and I hope the same happens this week against Tampa. He needs to be more consistent out there, but he's doing well for himself, and I like what the future holds. Now, it's going to be a key off-season, because we need to surround some talent around him, and not guys just looking to get paid.

Chaz has stepped up a bit, but he's a #2 possession guy at best. Probably a #4 on this team unless he improves his route running... but on the NFL scale, he's just not up to snuff. On this particular team, right now, he should be the #1 though... JLH is the new Az-Zahir Hakim.

Russell does look improved... things are looking slightly up amidst the usual crap.

And as I typed, Bush just broke off a huge run... but all this optimism usually gets crushed by Al on draft night... that's the date I'm focusing on for us.

FYI: A lot of Raiders live in a certain area of Alameda, where the houses are essentially leased to big $$$... Javon Walker no longer lives in the area... I'm just saying - what was your favorite Javon Walker Raider moment?

At least we ended the season with back to back wins, I think it's been awhile since the raiders did that.
(win back to back games/win 2 games in a row that is)

I hope we work some magic in the offseason & the draft & fix our many numerous holes in the team.

GO RAIDERS! :)

I think Bush is the real deal and glad he's still on the team. I like him since his College play. Hopefully now he's proven himself to management and the rest of his teammates. The O-Line also did a very good job today which helped Bush and J-Russ to have a good game. Next season J-Russ needs to be protected better so he doesn't get sacked as much.

I'm looking forward to hopefully a very positive off-season.
