While that's not great, that's a monster step up from where we were. So great to see top 15 QB David Carr show up this week instead of Week 1 Carr. The Carr we saw looked like a guy who could be top 10 if not top 5 at some point in his career, minus that lazy floater he set up for Crabtree
Apparently he got hit throwing that ball and Penn already took responsibility for that INT saying something to the effect of he was glad Carr's last drive took HIM (Penn) off the hook for the INT.
