instead of being up 14 to nothing, now we are just up by 6, a TD is all it takes for us to lose this lead.......

What a fantastic win against Denver.
Things are unbelievable at the moment and I look forward to what the rest of the season brings.

I dunno, seems like the other teams are kinda hitting the skids going forward, while we're younger and better.

Denver has no QB, and Lynch may or may not work out. Their RB game is a bit of a mystery. The secondary is going to keep getting older and pricier.. they have work to do.

KC has an OK QB in his prime, no legitimate WR (that Hill kid will be a hell of a gimmick player though).. I love the potential Ware/Charles combo, but who knows how much Charles still has left in the tank. Kelce's great. Defense looks solid but outside the secondary is a little old. Houston still a stud, Poe's a monster inside.. I think they will be a typical Andy Reid 8-11 win team that always falls short

SD is the only one in terms of youth I'm legit scared of.. Melvin Gordon is a top 10 RB, they have some really good young WR in Allen/Tyrell, and Henry will pick right up when Gates hangs em up. Perriman and Verrett look to be excellent defensive players at their respective levels, and Bosa - while injury prone - was a big time pickup and gives them a potentially elite player at all 3 defensive levels. Only question is, will these guys peak before or after Rivers becomes ineffective?

Right now we're in the driver's seat. Our best players are young or in their prime, and a lot of our capable vets have youth behind them that could fill in (Crabtree, Penn, Dan Williams). And the best part - because of how Reggie signed deals, we have a lot of clout as far as capspace goes. What an amazing rebuild we've had done here, to think just a couple years ago people were adamantly calling for Reggie's head

well those guys calling for Reggie's head have no intellectual capacity. it was obvious from the get go what his method was and it was going to work, given enough time.

and I do agree with you that we are the team to rise given all the current situations and its given probable outcome in the near future, but as of right now, we have 3 teams out of 4 in our division with 7 wins. not only that, there are only 1 more team with 7 wins named Patriots, and one more team only with a better record, in Cowboys and their 8-1 record. in other words, 3 out of the top 5 teams in NFL plays for our division. that is a crowd we not only have to be the better team over, but some luck to get out of the hedges to get to the playoffs this season.

Yes, I was watching, just multitasking. Hope we can make some adjustments at halftime & play better in all 3 phases of the game.
