possibly, and without thinking about their history with David, I can see this to be the logical choice for them, but the history of the older Carr in mind, do you think the Texans still take the younger Carr?

i have my doubts and ultimately they go with Jimmy Garoppolo even if he is slightly less projected. just having the name Carr for the second time, especially if he fails, would be enough to roll heads after the next season.

They should he's waaayyy better than Dave plus he got a cannon. What about Oline with Cyrus 6"7 HUGGGE...and I like Adams or Lee and WR.

is Cyrus even rated in 2nd or 3rd round?

but i agree about Adams or Lee.. or Moncrief.

as far as Derek being better than David, I dunno man. David Carr was a overall #1 pick.
ehhhhh f it.

BTW, it is incredible to me that Dat Nguyen is so small compare to the commish Goodell, and yet he was such a fearless MLB for Texas A&M and had relatively successful career with the Cowboys. he sure have been a strong safety when you look at his size alone.

All Heart and much respect to Dat.

well...hopefully we can get one of those tackles in the 3rd if the pick is Carr.

one of the toughest jobs Reggie has is finding us the QB of the future....and that's gonna take:
1) us having the 1st pick in the draft
2) the proper talent being in the draft
3) and if not the 1st 2....a huge stroke of luck and someone willing to take the risk.

Mack and Carr with our first two picks, it is much much better than most drafts we have experienced in last couple of decades for sure.

well Lee is still there and we have Carr instead. I sure hope we develop this kids better than the Texans have done with his older brother.

Ironically out of all this, the Texans and Carr family ties continue with Schaub being Derek's mentor now.
