Just leaving now.. Carr was awful. Asante blew coverages all day. Ray Ray was awful. The Bengals took advantage of our left/right defense and picked their matchups all day

In the end I'm far more disappointed in Carr and the offense than anything. Poor reads and poor accuracy, so we couldnt keep our D off the field

Carr was terrible.

I dont wanna hear **** about his hand. He sucked before he hurt his hand. **** looks like he regressed. I don't think I saw him miss that badly last year…at least not as consistently badly as he's been missing in the AZ game and this game.

Wasn't it something like 33-0 in the first half, and you're not disappointed in the defense?

Most everyone was bad - Carr, the whole o-line, the WRs, most of special teams, the defensive secondary, the pass rush, the run defense. Frankly, the coaching. The fullbacks were pretty good. Crabtree and Aldon Smith were mostly invisible. Rodney Hudson was terrible. Bad penalties. You have to wonder, was coaching the problem, or has Reggie McKenzie just not acquired enough guys who can play?

It was 24-0, and I was far more disappointed in our offense not being able to give our defense a break, which was holding in the 1st quarter. When we were giving the ball back constantly, the Bengals took off.

But we were thoroughly outcoached on the defensive end. Hue scattered his pass-catchers specifically to get Eifert on DJ Hayden and Thorpe consistently. Even when we dropped Carrie into the slot a couple times, Eifert would scatter wide to ensure he was drawing someone on whom he had a huge size advantage. Carrie wasn't very good either, he's fortunate AJ Green dropped a gimme in the endzone.

Wholly unimpressed with our LB group as well. Only times I was impressed was Dan Williams and how the stadium got loud once Aldon Smith put some serious pressure on Dalton. Mack was largely invisible today. A wholly crappy game all around.

If your QB is missing wide open throws in the flat consistently, you aren't going to win. We probably don't win even if Carr does make those passes, but I guarantee we aren't giving up 17 pts in the 2nd quarter.

I agree with everything here. Simple math. Chains moving, extra set of downs = the clock is moving. I'm thoroughly disappointed in his play. I expected maybe a spike in TOs because defenses might be giving him different looks but this guy can't get on the right page with Amari. He can't hit people int he flats. It's almost like he has the yips if you ask me because I've never known him to miss that bad.
