What type of numbers do you expect this combination to have?

Both combined for 4 touchdowns last season.

Bush: 208 carries, 869 yards, 4 TDs
McFadden: 136 carries, 388 yards, 1 TD, plus 26 catches for 313 yards and a TD.

Still waiting for McFadden to break his first NFL tackle!

I did it in Madden once... it was right after I strung together 30 consecutive complete passes from JaMarcus Russell to Derrius Heyward-Bey... and right before Kirk Morrison actually made a tackle that mattered.

BTW, I dont get as many rumblings from Raider HQ as I usually do, mainly because I've kinda spoken out directly to my source's face about how poor the org is run (see: the John Henderson he said / she said BS ) ... but Bush for all intents and purposes is our #1 guy.

I'm more just interested in the Raiders than being an all-out fan, so I don't know much about the team. The running back position makes me wonder though. You guys here, as well as this site I'm checking out that has a depth chart, all seem to have Bush starting and McFadden as the #2. However, this site that I am looking at describes McFadden as being basically a future star, and Bush as being a solid role player. If that is the case, why is McFadden the second-string guy?

That fan site must only be basing things on players draft positions, Mcfadden is injury prone, can't hold onto the football, and does not break tackles. Bush while not being super fast is a solid all around back that can get the tough yards, and also has enough speed to break the occasional long run. Meaning that Cable would be stupid to try to start McFadden, they should go with the solid all around back in Bush, with Mcfadden getting 10-12 carries a game until he can correct his issues.

McFadden has been phenomenal this season. Bush as well.

McFadden's testicles have indeed dropped this season. He's running like a man, man.
