ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the Raiders have informed Tom Cable that they will not pick up his $2.5 million option to return as head coach in 2011. Adam Schefter on Twitter

I don't know how to feel about this. I hope Hue Jackson becomes the HC just so we have some continuity. I really thought Cable had done enough to secure his job.

Hopefully he doesn't threaten to kill anyone over this.
