Bay Area News Group's Jerry McDonald suspects the Raiders will use the franchise tag on Richard Seymour again this offseason. http://www.ibabuzz.com/oaklandraiders/2 ... nevitable/

Just as Raiders cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha's contract will allow him to test the free-agent market, Oakland safety Michael Huff's contract is expected to allow him to do the same.

A little-known rule prevented the Raiders from re-signing Huff this past season, as much as they would have liked to, according to an NFL source.

It is a rule that also affected far more players than just Huff. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/stor ... LHeadlines

New Raiders HC Hue Jackson doesn't sound overly optimistic about the team's chances of re-signing free agent Nnamdi Asomugha. http://www.contracostatimes.com/raiders ... ck_check=1

Not sure Huff will find greener pastures elsewhere. Asomugha is not coming back, not if the numbers I heard from Houston are legit. As much as Al Davis loves to overpay talent, he's not making him the highest-paid player, period, in the entire league. The Texans just might.

Didn't watch the draft, but from what I've heard/read, we filled holes, but reached on most of our picks.

Oh well. Could have been worse.

He looks explosive, but what the highlight reels don't show is how much he fumbled the ball in college. Hopefully that is something that will be corrected.

Taiwan Jones is a guy with a ton of speed. Just what Al Davis likes. But I don't know how many touches he will get it will depend on whether or not Michael Bush is back. The draft I liked overall. The OL is going to be young, but talented. Overall, I like where the team is headed. even if Nnamdi isn't back.

I am loving Moore! :D

Ford was pretty much declared our go-to #1 before the season, but Moore seems to have better hands and I am gah-gah over his quickness and burst. That game against the Bills was craziness. This dude is legit.
