I woul have preferred to ride out Al's guys and Hue Jackson.
Fixed. Don't worry Twinkie. I got you
That's another thing too. Mark Davis has left all the power to Reggie McKenzie to let him draft the players he wants, sign the free agent players he wants, trade for the players that he wants, cutting the players he wants, not resigning players that he wants, and hiring coaches that he wants, but what has become out of it? Two back to back 4-12 seasons and probably another 4-12 or 5-11 season. That's enough! Reggie McKenzie has too much of a ego and is too big headed to think he can actually put together a football team, which is why he got rid of Al's guys like Jared Veldheer, Lamarr Houston, Michael Bush, Desmond Bryant, Mike Mitchell, Hue Jackson, Al Saunders (fired him from offensive coordinator in order to give it to Greg Knapp

), Steve Wisniewski, Rod Woodson, Mike Waufle (he's now coaching with the St. Louis Rams and that defensive line is downright SCARY!), and so on.
I'm with you about riding out with Al's guys. The Raiders were 8-8 under a dangerous offensive team coached by Hue Jackson and Al Saunders, a nice running game from both Darren McFadden (his best years are under Hue Jackson by the way) and Michael Bush that helped the Raiders to be the #7 rushing team in the NFL, a good offensive line who only gave up 25 sacks during the 2011 season (tied for 4th in the NFL in least allowed sacks), and a passing game that shouldn't even be #11 in the NFL with a receiving unit of Mr. Butter Fingers himself Darrius Heyward-Bey (64 catches, 975 yards, and 4 TDs in 2011), a rookie 5th round WR in Denarius Moore (33 catches, 618 yards, and 5 TDs in 2011

), a 4th round WR only in his 2nd year in Jacoby Ford (19 catches, 279 yards, and 1 TD in only 8 games in 2011), a unknown no position player in Marcel Reece (27 catches, 301 yards, and 2 TDs in 2011), and a hell of a receiving RB unit of Michael Bush (37 catches, 418 yards, and 8 TDs in 2011) and Darren McFadden (19 catches, 154 yards, and 5 TDs in only 7 games in 2011). The only problem was the complete mess on defense and they could easily go into the offseason with a new defense coordinator, draft some defensive players, cut some defensive players, and sign some defensive players to make that defense to at least somewhat respectable. There was no need to completely change the team. It was the defense that needed the work, but McKenzie was far too narcissistic, egotistical a$$hole to see that. Damn you McKenzie! Damn you!
