We gotta/have 2 win this one.
Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend we have our traditional family dinner tomorrow afternoon.
I hope were done by the time the game goes on...

This is not a championship level coaching staff.
It was good 2 seasons ago when we finally got a staff that wasn’t the bottom of the barrell but they are no longer capable of reaching this team.

Defensive HC that’s coaching **** defense 2 years in a row.
**** DC that has always been terrible and NEVER demonstrated that he is anything less than terrible.
Downing has not impressed so far but at least hes new.
We’re not smart, disciplined, principled. We have no identity. Worse? We have the talent.
We have the QB.
We have the roster talent.
We’re getting a new stadium. This is a good destination. We no longer have to settle. It’s time for a real coach that can actually teach and develop our players and lead us to a chip.

Raiders are already a Vegas team. their focus isn't on what's happening right now. EJ played well enough if our defense had held up, but to be fair, we don't have too many names on defense other than Mack and Joseph.
