49ers, Raiders delusional to think they can win next year

"The Raiders and 49ers are very different organizations, but they share an unwarranted optimism for the next season. In announcing that his puppet, Tom Cable, would be the coach for the 2009 season, Al Davis talked for some time about young receivers Johnnie Lee Higgins and Chaz Schilens, who combined for four receiving touchdowns in the Raiders' last two games, both wins. Davis went on to project that production for a 16-game season. Whoa! That's how a fan talks. It was astounding to hear somebody who has been in football for as long as Davis dreaming in that fashion. But Cable had turned to the two young speedsters just as Davis had wanted, which is why he got the coaching job.

lol both team will have losing records I'm just hoping the Raiders can dump as much Overpaid washed up players as they can this season while staying under the cap let the young guy learn in the game. If were gonna suck anyways might as well get some cap space for the following year plus our schedule is brutal. They need to change the way they work that out Raiders sucked and next season they have to play Steelers, Cowboys, Giants, Ravens and Eagles lol our out of conference schedule blows

He'll be a great possession WR and a guy who can out jump short CBs in the endzone great player for the round we drafted him in

Dont get me wrong... I love Chaz, as I love all players from SJSU (used to go down there for parties 5 years ago or so) but he sure isn't a speedster. He's tall with great hands, I dont know how he does route running though
