ESPN's Bill Williamson speculates that the Raiders could be a fit for disgruntled Ravens QB Troy Smith.
Williamson points out that Smith played for new Raiders offensive coordinator Hue Jackson in Baltimore. We don't see Smith as a long-term solution to the Raiders' quarterback woes, but they have to be open to anything at this point. Click to Read
