Hey,

Just a curious Aussie here who is normally on the basketball boards. I would just like your thoughts on how your rookie punter Saverio Rocca is going. He used to play for my Aussie Rules team here in Australia and I will be following him with some interest. He is a really nice, reserved guy who has one of the best kicking styles of all time.

Anyway, what were your thoughts after preseason game number 1?

Funny thing is Sav Rocca (pronounced "rocker") actually used to cop hits like that all the time in the Australian Football League but without the padding. Dude wouldn't have been too phased by it.

So I take it he did alright then?

id keep him around.... dirk has been injured plus we could us Sav at MLB since we cut Trotter lol

I defintely like him more than Dirk (Dirk sucks)

I think he has a real good shot at making the team and being the punter... Dirk was ranked really low last year among punters (like 27th or something) Rocca can't be much worse

How do u guys think he is going so far in the season? Has he been inconsistent or pretty good? Kicking it abnormally far? Thanks
