There was a lot of bitching in the Philly area when the Birds let Stallworth go up north to the Pats... however, I have to say that I'm mildly comfortable with our WR corps right now. I think Brown is only going to continue to develop into a top receiver in the league while Curtis is a burner who can stretch the field on the other side. Baskett should also only get better now that he is in his second season.
Am I nuts or are you feeling ok about the Wide Outs?

i agree....i think Brown will be even better than last year and Curtis will be able to make the big plays using his speed like Stallworth did last year...as well as in the middle(he played the slot in STL)
Baskett should be a decent slot guy as well especially in the redzone cause of his size....

How many games did stallworth even play last year he could never stay healthy.
Reggie Brown will have a huge year I think 9 plus touchdowns.
Kevin Curtis is really an unknown to me .
LJ Smith will get more passes this year.
Westbrook might be get more passes.
Mcnabb was having a pretty damn good year last year and that was when stallworth was hurt.
We have a pretty easy first game of the season. I expect to see Mcnabb go to reggie brown a lot .

We could have won that game, which I think shows how good we CAN be. Curtis is a good receiver, but I have to admit that I don't see him as an every down receiver.
I think Reggie is special, but I wish we never lost Stallworth.
