Mewelde Moore was given the game ball on sunday in the locker room after defeating the Cincinnatti Bengals 38-10. Although it's been two games since he's stepped in for the injured RB Willie Parker, Moore still feel the need to continue to prove himself as a reliable teammate on the field. So far, Moore has taken advantage of his opportunities with a sense of honor.

I know he has earned mine as a fan of the team. I never expected the type of production we are getting from him.

Re: Moore Earning Respect
It's great that Moore is producing well on the field in Parker's absence. It would be great to have both Parker and Moore share time in the field like LT and Michael Turner did back in San D. I'm beginning to think that eventually Mewelde Moore could that the road of Michael Turner and could go to another team who will grant him the time to play starting RB for them.

Moore has been running the ball better than Willie Parker since he stepped in for him. I am a Prker fan but you have to call a spade a spade. Mewelde is getting the job done
