I hadn't heard about this. He was crazy on the field and pretty good player for the team. Thanks for the memories Ernie.

That was a pretty good read on him. The part about this is what Tark will see was referring to his haircut I believe, he shaved an arrow on top of his head.

Holmes was playing before my time. Before reading about his passing, I didn't know much about Ernie Holmes. And from what I read back in January, he was definately a good player on the field in terms on how to play the game. And he was good at it during his yrs with the Steelers.
