Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week for his performance against the Jaguars.

Roethlisberger completed 26 of 41 passes for a season high 309 yards and three touchdowns in the 26-21 win over Jacksonville.

“It’s nice, but I like the win better,” said Roethlisberger. “That is all that matters to me. I am not going to lie and say it’s not a great honor, because it is. But to me it’s about team things and we won the game.”

I am not sure he really deserved it. On our first possession, he served up 6 points to the Jags defense on an interception that went about 70 yards in the other direction. He wasn't even over defending the sideline on the play after he threw the pass.

Good for Ben, now he get's to rest for a week. But if I was Coach.T I'd make that O line come work out that whole week off.

Big Ben always comes through. I can't see why people say he's overrated. If our "O" line would ever protect him he could do even more
