Well the Pirates fell behind early in this one going down 7-2 after the first. In the second we made up 3 runs, and now in the 3rd inning we have captured the lead on the Padres 8-7.

Ugly Game, Ugly Win, but I will take it. Polamalu got our only TD of the day, and he did it on the last play of the game.

I am not sure if we ever kicked the extra point or not. If we did we won 18-10, if we didn't the final was 17-10. Big Ben played a smart game and had good numbers. As a team, on offense, we got close to the goal line most of the game, but just couldn't punch it in for whatever reason.

Penalties almost cost us the ballgame. 12 for 105 yards compared to 1 for 5 yards for the Chargers.

TP's touchdown never counted.

First ever game in the NFL to finish 11-10.

Talk about terrible officiating. Not one holding call on San Diego and, I think, 5 on the Steelers. There is holding on every play. Should have been at least 3 called on San Diego. The NFL needs to review the officials for this game and fine them.

Steelers D was great.

The game was tough to say the least. With the way the Steelers were collectin penalties all day, I was concern that the Steelers could be losing for a second straight week. Thankfully that didn't happen and the Steelers prevail. Now they can move on to play against the Bengals for a Thursday night matchup.

I didn't even know that they took the touchdown away from him until they played the highlights on the Monday Night game. The Refs couldn't even get that call right luckily it didn't matter.

I don't understand why professionals forget the simple rules when a small scenario changes. If the offense has a penalty & you score on defense without a penalty that score counts period. So why would that change because time ran out?

Remember T.P.'s INT in the playoffs against teh Colts? Everyone including Colts fans knew that was an INT but because something a little different happened Dungy was able to get the play reviewed (smart on his part) but the Ref completely made up his own scenario that's not even in the rule book & over turned the pick??!!! Go figure
