Update: The Titans signed Washington to an undisclosed deal on Monday, according to NFL.com.
Recommendation: Washington averaged nearly 16 yards per catch for Pittsburgh last year. His speed and abilities as a deep threat in the passing game should make him an asset in Tennessee.
