He has agreed to a three-year deal with Pittsburgh on Monday night.

Rande-El was one of my favorites on the team a few years back, but wasn't worth the money Washington threw his way. I'm glad to see he's back in black and gold, and with Holmes gone this season and Sweed injured (although he sucks anways) he will be in competition with speedster Emmanuel Sanders for the 3rd spot.
