I would love to see him in a Chargers uniform. He's still relatively young, he's from the west coast, and we could REALLY use a true #1 WR. I'd be willing to give up next year's #2 as a starting point. Maybe even put in language that increases it to a #1 under the right circumstances.

i don't think his value is that high to offer him a 1st and i would think about the 2nd.
he's 31, not young, not old. he would give rivers another very good target. i would definitely make a run at him.
