The Chiefs decided to keep former Penn State basketball player Ross Travis. He made the transition to TE last season. I'll always root for the Chargers, but I wouldn't mind Ross having some personal success.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

Andy Reid is pessimistic about Jamaal Charles’ chances for Sunday

Posted by Michael David Smith on September 5, 2016, 1:48 PM EDT
GREEN BAY, WI - SEPTEMBER 28: Jamaal Charles #25 of the Kansas City Chiefs celebrates after scoring a touchdown against the Green Bay Packers in the second quarter at Lambeau Field on September 28, 2015 in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

For most of the offseason, there were indications that Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles expected to be healthy enough to play Week One. That’s no longer the case.

Chiefs coach Andy Reid said today that he’s pessimistic about the chances of having Charles on the field on Sunday against the Chargers.

“I think it’s a stretch for him to play,” Reid said.

Reid has been cautious throughout training camp with Charles, saying he doesn’t want to do anything that would set back his recovery from last year’s torn ACL. That caution now appears that it will extend to the regular season, and the Chiefs will go with Charcandrick West, Spencer Ware and Knile Davis on Sunday.

I had to work and I live in Pennsylvania so I didn't watch our Chargers. Looks like we gave up the game and Kenan Allen might have a serious injury.

It was awful...we looked so great in the first half, up 24-3. Melvin Gordon was awesome, as was Keenan Allen. It seems once Allen went down, they just lost all their steam, and KC, who couldn't do anything in the first half, just came out and played great. Just considering the result and now having seen how we got there, it's not a terrible loss to lose to KC on the road, but a win would have been huge.
