We have $20 mil in cap space precisely for this purpose. Obviously, we can't give away the farm for a 32 year old receiver, not even an elite one, but, if you ask me, Williams might be decent trade bait. Williams still has potential, but he's underachieved for every season except one. Williams + a couple picks... would that do it?
