The Chiefs come from a 4 game losing streak and a 2-4 home record.
The Chargers come from a good win vs. the Ravens and are 1-4 on the road, this could be a game that could prove to show how the Chargers are getting more consitency.
Some facts to consider (from Yahoo! Sports):
- The Chargers have little success in Kansas City, losing two straight and nine of their last 10 at Arrowhead Stadium.
- Kansas City has won 19 of its last 20 December games at Arrowhead.
- Tomlinson rushed for 132 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries in their last meeting, and has 331 rushing yards and three TDs in his last two games against Kansas City.
- BUT, LT in his last four games at Kansas City, he's managed just 193 yards and two TDs on 63 carries.
- Chiefs running back Kolby Smith will get another start Sunday after a stellar performance last week in his first career start, rushing for 150 yards and two touchdowns against the Raiders.
- The Chiefs cut Rayner and signed veteran placekicker John Carney on Tuesday.
- The top recievers for each team are their TE.
Again a key game for the Chargers that seem to be getting better vs. a Chiefs team tha has problems with injuries and that I think could be a tough match, but still the Chargers HAVE to win it.
