One of the many reasons, why that guy's takes deserve no respect.

He only shows up when its convenient for his views.

Reminds me of a guy on the old ESPN boards that made every post aboit Alex Smith. If Alex didnt have a good game he would blow the board up

Bills just blew it by failing to sneak it in and blowing a TO.

If you want it in Allen's hands, at least roll him out so he can throw it away. If it's not there. Dumb call.

Incidentally, I have the starting running back and kicker for a team that has scored over 40 points, and they have combined for what is about to be just under 11 points in fantasy.

Was able to finally watch the game and while it was good to see the team we all expected to see this year it's hard to get excited over beating a mess of a Bears team. It felt like this was more a product of playing a bad team than the team figuring it out and executing at a high level.

Though with that said it's better to win this way against a bad team than barely scrape together a sloppy win.

Still a lot of unnecessary penalities and the defense did start showing it's typical signs of crumbling in the 2nd half and they might have if the Bears offense was actually good and the score didn't dictate that their offense had to air it out.

This team would need to look like this almost the entire rest of the way to say they might have figured things out in the end.

Pearsall had two targets, caught 1 for 5 yards.

Maybe because Kittle and Jennings were getting open all game, Purdy didn’t look his way, though 9 players got at least a target.

If he’s getting open, it doesn’t seem to be mattering. He ran the wrong pattern on that bomb attempt.

Extraordinary circumstances in his case which delayed his development.

But it makes you wonder if there were any players among the next 10 picked in the draft after Pearsall who’d be having greater impact.

Too early to call Pearsall another first round bust and a lot of it has to do with the shooting.

I wanted Johnny Newton, who hasn't been great. Cooper Dejean was probably next on my list, and he has been great, though Green looks like a longterm fit, too. Third for me was probably Jackson Powers-Johnson, who has struggled, but on a bad team. I really liked Zach Frazier, but only if we traded back in the first or up in the second.

Regardless, presumably any of those guys would have had a bigger year-one impact than Pearsall. I do think Pearsall has the movement skills to play in this league, but even discounting the gunshot, he seems to always be banged up.

I am willing to cut rookies some slack as long as they are working hard and doing the right thing to get better.

Was there ever an explanation for Moody kicking it short of the landing zone twice on kickoffs?

At the very least Moody can usually kick it into the end zone so seemed weird to have two short kickoffs in one game.

Not saying they should cut him but they definitely need an open competition for the kicking job next offseason and they need legit guys to compete for the job. He's on a rookie deal so I'm willing to see if he can clean things up in the offseason but we can't have another year of this current Moody.

Moody should be shown the door the second the clock strikes :00 on the season.
