Re: Saints @ 49ers
This is scary. Rookie coach from Stanford. 6-10 the season before. 13-3 this year. The catch #3.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was the best game I've ever seen. I agree something special is going on. I got that same confidence I had with the Giants last year.
Defense was beastly except for a few plays.
Special teams was amazing.
I think we really showed that you win by playing great football in all 3 phases.
WHO'S GOT IT BETTER THAN US?!?!?

Alright guys, are you gonna be rooting for the Giants or the Packers? I really think we can beat either one, but we'll have to play better than we did today. Can't allow those big pass plays and we have to cash on turnovers when they happen.

Well the Giants are a more complete team and we would get to play them in SF. If both teams were going to come to SF I would say bring on the Pack but I want the 12th man in there.

Re: Saints @ 49ers
Packers for a few reasons
1. I love Aaron Rodgers
2. Beating the Packers on the way to a Superbowl would be HUGE
3. They resemble the Saints offensively.

Re: Saints @ 49ers
Right, but the difference is, the Packers don't turn the ball over like that, and their defense is much better at treating turnovers (just like ours). If we're playing the Packers, I hope it's in the snow.

Re: Saints @ 49ers
I was at the game. Words can't describe the atmosphere. So much fun.
We did a good job not allowing Brees to step up in the pocket. Even though Brees put up 460 yards. The secondary had some great coverage at times making Brees check it down to Sproles a ton.
Justin Smith, what a beast. Alex/Vernon clutch 4th qtr.
Rooting for the Giants. I want HFA at the stick for championship sunday.

Honestly neither team scares me a lot. The Packers' defense is simply atrocious and will give you lulz all day long, and although we would have to play in Green Bay, the 49ers have been very capable on the road.
The Giants are slightly more balanced, but it'll be in Candlestick and we've already beat them this year. Eli is also hit or miss, so we should be able to force some turnovers, much like we did to Brees and everybody else this year.
I think it'll be close no matter who we face, but I think we'll manage. This team was built for the playoffs with our insane defense.

If anyone can find an HQ version of this photo (or a similar photo from the angle with Staley on the ground), I would be very very grateful:
