Well he's making $4M from the Eagles so I guess it didn't really matter, although I wonder the fit with our CBs. Plus, we're pretty much met our cap with McCoy and this signing, so what about signing our draft picks? Does not that count against the cap?

I wonder if we will have him or another player try to be our starting FS/SS?

i think the Asomugha deal is gonna be one the smartest off-season signings. he's still got elite talent and does some things very well. even if we're a bit too CB rich, he's gonna make a difference. i'm excited. and Colt McCoy was a solid pickup too. at worst, he'll be a good QB to practice against, as CK's style is fairly unique-- McCoy will be more similar to most QB's we'll face, and i don't think he'll hurt us as the #2, even if he has to helm a few games because of an injury.

great off-season so far. hope the draft is as solid!
