Where has this guy been all season? I haven't focused on him much because I've spent a lot of time watching our CBs and pass rushers but this guy seems to have fallen off the cliff. Particularly in run support, where the hell is he?

I thought the same too.

However when your name isn't called on defense. It's also good. Just a quiet solid season.

Coming into this game he had a top 15 run defense grade among safeties from the Dallas Morning News' grading system.

I dont think teams are testing him.....

No mentioning in the secondary is a good thing.

Looks like Betha is the run support guy while Reid is playing the deep safety in case of a play action on most run downs.. If he isn't getting beat deep or when covering someone I am ok with not hearing his name

What do you mean?? I don't think the Rams throw to his side all game, at least not that I noticed.. He is doing fine. he isn't letting up long passes or TDs

But he has let big passes go this year. He's also not near the punishing hitter that he was last season. He isn't flying up the lane like he was last year. He's not the same player, I'm curious as to what's different.

Well he did have 2 concussions last year.. Maybe he is trying to play more cautiously and try to convert to more of a cover safety

Honestly you first thought was that he's been trying to preserve his career a big. I kind of miss last year though where he and Whitner made everyone pay for touching the ball.
