I think he raises some good points. When there were team policy issues like what to do about Ray MacDonald, he was silent for a long time and left Harbaugh to answer those questions, which he shouldn't have had to answer, questions about the turf on the stadium etc., he also left for Harbaugh to answer, but when there are leaks coming about from the FO about Harbaugh he is silent, but he has time to issue tweets after a devastating loss.
This also dovetails into his replacement, I don't have faith they're going to get the best coach if Harbaugh goes, just the most pliable.

Cohn's points are valid in this case in that I didn't have an issue with his tweet but he does need to step in and make a definitive statement on the issue and put it to rest for now.

I laugh at Cohn because he's roasted Harbaugh since he's become coach of the team but since it's evident he hates York more he pumps Harbaugh up in this article.
