What a ****. Any shred of hope that we had left was lost today. Kaep floundered in typical fashion with poor clock management and scooting out of the pocket when there was little pressure. Roman had another crappy gameplan. What was really disappointing was that the defense fell apart. RIP 49ers it's going to suck for awhile now I fear

the writing is on the wall and honestly there's no more space on the wall....

blow out by your heated rival at home on national tv following up with a beatdown by the historic rival in which they were 1-11 beforehand....

when is enough enough?

The only way changes happen IMO is if any of the parties in charge believe they absolutely can not work with each other for the final few weeks of the season.

Will Jed overrule Jim and relieve Roman (and any others) of their duties now that the season is likely done? I doubt it. He's not going to step in and decide who is on the head coach's staff IMO.

Has Jed and Jim's relationship gotten to the point where he feels like he can not have Jim or Greg (or any others) working for him for another day? I highly, highly doubt it.

Has Harbaugh had enough of the game plan by committee approach and feel like he can't work with Roman (and any others) and get the desired results? I highly doubt it.

Has Roman had enough of the pressure and everything else surrounding him and feel like he can't work with Harbaugh (and any others) for a couple more weeks? I highly doubt it.

this season, Roman has done nothing to save his job.... its a clear decline in performance and gameplan compared to other years..... and he was given "more talent" on the offense to aid the team's progress/growth....

he hasn't met expectations

In three-and-a-half seasons, Johnny Morton hasn't done anything to keep his job, but he's kept it nonetheless.

Could not watch the game yesterday, just now caught the highlights. Crabs was held on that play when Kap waved him to go deep and was breaking away. So Kap threw to where he should have been able to get. At worst he likely would have broken up the pass.
