I know this isn't the thread for it, but what do you think of Nets' management? Deron Williams? I am a Jazz fan, so I followed Williams before. Wondering what a Nets fan thinks of him, the trade, Derrick Favors, etc. How did you take the Niners instead of the New York teams when choosing teams? Are you more upset or less upset when we lose to a NY team?

NP....

My NETs MGT sucks dirt. There's no light to them. They're a bunch of short sighted fools, led by Billy King who gambled and gambled away so much assets for the crap we're dealing with lol... We're a lottery team and our pick is en route to the ATL Hawks as they sit 1st place in the east... :banghead:

NETs fans are not pleased with Deron Williams. Many feel he is not close to being a max player(myself included) and he has no heart or passion for competitive games. Dwill's personality is not for NY nor is it up for a max players competitive level in our opinion.

At the time the trade seemed a little much without Dwill's consent to resign. His new deal, plus the other tragic moves made to retain him have done nothing for the franchise and got worse and worse from there on. We are not a happy clan lol...

Niners, Joe Montana, Jerry n Young... early 90s, being a kid whose older brother was a niners fan, i stayed faithful all the way through(plus winning vs the chargers help lol) Nah, its SF 49ers or no one lol... i dont root for jets or giants necessarily, only if they're up against teams i hate.

I was upset as hell when we lost to the giants... i contemplated finding a way to locate KW and deliver a stern message. I hate KW forever lol.... that jerk destroyed us in the NFC tit game

Thanks, my Jazz aren't any good yet, but have some good players and a few that could turn out a bit better than good (not banking on a star or elite). I like Derrick Favors, but he disappears every once in a while - I blame them having three players who play the same position/game. If they trade one, he might be more consistent. I like him, though. They showed a graphic of what we got for the Williams trade and man, you guys could have benefitted a lot to just keep what you had. Favors did not want to be traded and frankly, seems a bit sensitive about moving. He wants to be a Jazz man forever - and that's not homerism speaking. He took being traded to heart and not in a motivating way but in a semi-insecure way. (Didn't mean to be dramatic, it's just what I heard.)

Yeah, I got 4 inches last night and I will get another 16 to 24 myself. I wish I knew how to upload pictures from my phone to this site so you can see how high it was before. When I was shoveling it was up to my Jeeps windows.

I'm currently in the New England area visiting friends. I just missed the previous blizzard, but there's another one starting tonight. Gives me a whole new appreciation for the weather in California. Can't wait to be back.

Time for Blizzard #3 or #4.

6 feet of snow so far since Christmas.

My sister's kids have only had 5 days of school since Christmas and have school off all next week.

I am looking at another 12-18 inches of the stuff. So many roofs collapsed from the snow already. I cant wait for this one to finish. Plus it is as windy as a hurricane for 10 hours causing tons of power outages.

I have no place to put the snow I shovel already. The piles are about 10 feet high is some places.

Worst winter I can remember since '92.
